PayPal Recognized as a Trendsetter for Political Disclosure and Accountability in CPA-Zicklin Index
PayPal has been designated as a Trendsetter by the Center for Political Accountability (CPA) for transparency in political disclosures and accountability in the 2024 CPA-Zicklin Index.
The CPA-Zicklin Index assesses S&P 500 and Russell 1000 companies for disclosure, company political spending decision-making policies, and board oversight and accountability policies. Companies that receive a score of 90% or above in the Index are recognized as Trendsetters.
PayPal received a score of 94.3% in the 2024 CPA-Zicklin Index, placing the company in the top-tier of S&P 500 companies for approaches to political disclosure and accountability. The average score across all S&P 500 companies was 59.9%.
This is the fourth consecutive year that PayPal has been identified as a Trendsetter, following similar recognitions in 2023, 2022, and 2021.
