The Command Center is mission control of PayPal – monitoring the site’s activity 24/7/365. It’s a global effort with additional locations in Scottsdale, Arizona and Chennai, India.
The Command Center is re-launching this month with new technology that uses infrastructure big data and analytics, or “infralytics” to stay on the pulse of the customer experience.
