How Can You Go Cashless at Your Next Concert?
Bracelets equipped with technology that let you pay without having to pull out your wallet are showing up at more concerts, festivals and multi-day events across the globe.
The bracelets, loaded with a RFID chip, can make the experience of buying anything – from food to mementoes – quick and easy; think shorter wait times and lines as people simply hold up their wrists to a device to pay.
PayPal has offered its bracelets – which users link to their PayPal accounts – at concerts in Spain and Australia, with many thousands of people using them. PayPal recently teamed up with popular Spanish vlogger,
Yellow Mellow, to take the #pulserasPayPal (“PayPal bracelets” in Spanish) for a spin at the BIME Conference & Festival in Bilbao, Spain, which is likened to the South by Southwest festival held each year in the U.S.
You can get a feel for her cashless experience – like swift checkouts - at the festival in her

#poletopole only using PayPal.
