PayPal's cNow East: Learning & Engaging with Mid-Market Merchants
As the world of online commerce and payments continues to evolve, mid-market companies are encountering new and unique challenges, but also fresh opportunities. At
PayPal’s first cNOW East event in New York City we engaged in discussions with a range of mid-sized merchants and experts across industries on the latest developments in the world of commerce – including mobile, social commerce, security - and how these changes are impacting mid-market businesses. The highlights for me were the hearty discussions around how merchants can take full advantage of these new opportunities to build stronger relationships with their customers.
PayPal created the cNow event to engage with our merchant customers to fully understand and learn from each other on how to overcome pain points. Most importantly, how PayPal can be a better partner to help alleviate their day-to-day challenges. Conversations and attendee priorities mirrored this mission, focusing heavily on the voice of the customer and the idea that customers are foundational to everything businesses do, regardless of industry.
The video below includes highlights from our event - hear directly from merchants like Decorators Best, Atlanta Network Technologies and ThredUp, digital commerce experts from Forrester, and cybersecurity expert Scott Klososky among others.
We look forward to continuing our work alongside merchants to deliver new and exciting customer experiences to help grow their businesses well into the future. Keep an eye outfor more cNow Events to pop up around the U.S. in the coming months and we will be sure to continue to share insights on the latest trends impacting our mid-market community.
