This Sunday, PayPal will launch its first-ever mobile market, a live interactive shopping experience that gives people around the world the ability to shop like a local from wherever they are with simply a mobile device. PayPal’s “Local Selects” mobile market will stream live from Melrose Trading Post so shoppers can conveniently ditch the crowds and virtually attend one of Los Angeles’ most popular weekly markets via Facebook Live at paypal-localselects.com.

 

PayPal’s style seeker Leandra Medine, founder of the website Man Repeller, will take viewers straight into the action of the market, exploring a selection of unique items from some of PayPal’s most notable small business merchants in Los Angeles.  From handcrafted leather goods from Smiths & Kings to vintage home décor by Luke Hobbs Design, shoppers can learn more about the various products in real-time and even click through to the merchant’s site to quickly purchase their favorite items with just a few simple clicks.
