Volusion Integrates PayPal, Simplifying Merchant Checkout
Today, we’re super excited to share that PayPal and Volusion, a one-stop ecommerce solution, announced a partnership that will further give small and medium sized merchants everything they need to build a robust online store. 
 
With the integration of PayPal Express Checkout onto Volusion’s platform, Volusion merchants will now have access to features such as One Touch and In-Context checkout that will help increase conversions. In fact, merchants can see up to a 44% boost in checkout conversion when PayPal is added[1]. And nearly double the conversion rate with PayPal Checkout vs. competing payment types online – upwards of 87.5% conversion rate with PayPal.[2]
 
Take WebEyeCare, an online merchant hosted on the Volusion platform, for example. They have been selling contact lenses at low prices and delivering straight to customer doors since 2009. After adding PayPal as a payment method to their website they saw more than 20% of their online revenue come through PayPal Express Checkout, and mostly from their mobile site. Compared to last year, PayPal has seen a big increase in mobile payment transactions, accounting for nearly one-third of all PayPal transactions through June 2016.
