November 10, 2020

As the world continues to grapple with what a post-pandemic sense of normalcy looks like, small businesses around the world are pivoting their strategies and offerings to meet changing customer behaviors and economic shifts.

Today, PayPal is proud to announce the global launch of The Adaptables podcast, which tells the stories of small businesses across the world who have adapted during the pandemic. From how to reopen safely to preparing for the upcoming holiday season, guests will share their own learnings, successes, and failures, to help and inspire other small businesses, no matter where they are in the world. Hosted by Sarah Davidson, a small business owner based in Melbourne, Australia, and the co-founder of Matcha Maiden, each episode of The Adaptables podcast will feature a conversation with a small business owner who found a way to survive and thrive in the face of today’s uncertainties, and offer practical advice for other small business owners doing the same. Because being adaptable has, and always will be, at the core of any small business.
